General Secretary
Dominick Luquer is the General Secretary of FIA. Appointed in 2001, he holds a legal degree from the Catholic University of Milan and a Masters’ in European law from the College of Europe, Bruges. His main fields of expertise include intellectual property rights, trade union training, fundraising, lobbying and management. He is fluent in Italian, French, English and Spanish.
Deputy General Secretary
Dearbhal Murphy is the Deputy General Secretary of FIA. She was appointed to this post in 2008. She holds a degree in languages from University College Cork and an MA and DEA in International Relations from the University of Limerick and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris. She assists the General Secretary in all fields of activity of the Federation, with additional emphasis on European affairs. She is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
Policy Officer
Stanislas Ide is the Policy Officer of FIA. Appointed at this post in 2012, he is in charge of communications for the federation and assists the general secretary and the deputy general secretary in their projects. He holds a BA degree in Political Science from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and and MA in European Politics from the European Studies Institute in Brussels. He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Dutch.
Intern
Camille Richard is the intern of FIA. She will be holding this post from march to august 2013. She will be graduated from l'Institut d'Etudes Politiques d'Aix-en-Provence and will hold a MA degree in European Politics. She assists the General Secretary, the Deputy General Secretary and the Policy Officer in their tasks. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
